The property and room were very clean, which I truly appreciated. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue I experienced was noise coming from the unit above me at night, which sounded like a pet moving around. If it was indeed a guest with a pet, I would recommend assigning those rooms to lower levels to help minimize the disturbance for other guests.

The air conditioner leaked and left a small puddle on the rug; we requested adjoining rooms but they did not have any available even though I reserved the rooms and made the request nearly a year in advance. I also called Hampton Inn the week before we arrived to confirm the adjoining rooms; the agent said that she contacted the hotel.

This is an excellent place for a stop over. We had travelled for 3 hours so just wanted a comfy bed and a hassle free stay and that’s what we got. We were able to walk out to chilli’s for food which we gold. We had a great sleep and breakfast was good. Staff were super friendly ❤️

Quick stop near the Sand Dunes

Our family enjoyed our stay here. We just stayed for one night and the staff was very helpful to us. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and they really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The room we stayed in worked well as we had takeout and the central desk area worked well as a table for us. This was a good place to stay on our way to the sand dunes.
