"My stay at Novotel was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, Rejoice and the front desk team made me feel welcome and ensured everything about my stay went smoothly. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made a big difference throughout my visit. The room manager was also outstanding always prompt in answering any questions and quick to assist whenever needed. A special thank you as well to Mr Samuel and Tony for always keeping my room fresh, clean, and smelling wonderful during my multiple-night stay. Their hard work was truly appreciated. A special thank you to Peace from the restaurant, who was always smiling and making sure the service was the best every single day. Her positive energy made every meal more enjoyable. Lastly, I want to recognize the hardworking lady at breakfast who freshly prepared eggs for everyone each morning. She always made sure every order was correct, and I never once saw her make a mistake. Her smile, dedication, and cheerful spirit brought happiness to so many guests and made breakfast something to look forward to each day. Overall, the team at Novotel made my stay memorable with their warmth and excellent service.
