Fantastic resort!! Exceptional service staff and service. We spend 6 night at this resort and we didn't even need to leave the property. If you go to this resort make sure to get in touch with OMAR at guests services!! And Diego and Dario from the concierge. The will make your vacation an experience. The pools and the pool activities are fun and kids will have fun! Much appreciated thell the hospitality and making it memorable for my family!!

Pros: The resort was good, everyone was friendly, the housekeepers were very helpful. The shows the resort had at night were good. The golfcarts on the resort were amazing and the luggage service was amazing as well. Cons: there were no morning activities for visitors but it would have been nice to join one pilates class or pickleball. The paths at night were very dark and there should be better lighting. Construction was happening in a building not too far from us and we were unsure where to go, we found out after the fact that there was another path to our room. No tacos were served at the resort, which was unfortunate, the Mexican culture is a bit hidden at the resort. The room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm and check in was at 3pm. Once we got a room, the sofa bed looked dirty and we needed to call concierge to fix the sofa bed. The bathroom door was hard to open. There was a shower door handle that was very dirty. The chairs, ottoman and furniture were dirty. The details about the shopping tour provided by the resort were not explained well. The service at breakfast at Butchers was not prompt. We had lunch at the park place and the servers never came to us, but they came to the Caucasian guests (I'm a woman of color). We were informed by Karen on the last night of our stay that we had free hydrotherapy session, she stated she would escalate the issue but that never happened. I emailed guest services-no response. We had high hopes but my friend and I were let down.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Manager Karen was extremely helpful dealing with offsite bookings and restaurant reservations. One attendant in the main buffet made paper roses for our granddaughters and was very attentive. Staff were very proactive in dealing with food allergies. Eating in the buffet was somewhat challenging with food allergies however specialty restaurants were amazing. Room was not very clean - mold in the lampshades and other areas. Entire property is in need of some TLC (maintenance, painting, etc.) Specialty restaurants had very limited availability and entertainment was late night.

We had an amazing experience! The room was incredibly spacious with a separate siting area and a balcony overseeing one of the many green areas, great area to have a morning coffee. The bathroom was a retreat in itself, with a large soaking tub and the modern fixtures made it feel luxurious. I must mention Erik, one of the resort's guest services staff who went out of the way to ensure our stay was memorable by inviting us to a wine tasting and assisting us to make dinner reservations at the Bazaar, one of the many restaurants on the premises. (all food and drinks are covered through your all inclusive, except wine). Furthermore to our surprise we found out that hotel guest who book through Expedia get a free hydro therapy session at the spa; shoutout to Carla and Gerardo the hydro area attendants who were incredible! we also booked a massage and facial. We are definately going back!

The reason I gave a 3-star rating is because of a few things. 1 being they put us on the 3rd floor without a working elevator, had they mentioned that at check in I would have told them I could not handle the stairs with bad knees. The light in the bathroom is on a motion detector and would continually shut off every few minutes while you were in the shower, tub or using the toilet. We had a horrible experience with room service that I won't get into because I do get that things happen, but it was disgusting! I will say I was there with 8 other people and other than my sisters air conditioner not working and she packed herself up and insisted on a new room they all didn't have any of the issues we did and were very happy. The staff is amazing, beds were comfortable, and food was pretty good, except for the coffee and desserts.

I liked being able to go to a different restraunts each night. The beach area was nice, and able to do some snorkeling. All the food areas had plenty of choices. And plenty of pools if you wanted to take some time away from the ocean. All the staff treated everybody with courtesy and a smile, and would do anything to make your stay the best possible.

The food was truly exceptional. The drinks were good, and the atmosphere was renovated and relaxing. I heavily suggest visiting Grand Serenis if you are a young couple, group of friends, or small sized family. The staff were very attentive and informative, providing us with any and all assistance we required. Whether that was suggestions of good local attractions, restaurant's, and medical assistance as well.

Beautiful property and rooms were nice. Many options for pools and beach. Reception staff was especially helpful. Felt safe and welcomed. Food was only okay, in my opinion, but HUGE array of options that would be especially attractive to groups. The walk from our room was about 2/3s of a mile (got lots of exercise). Sometimes shuttles available; sometimes not. Took us days to find the elevator to our 3rd story room. No ice machines in or near our building. Only two bedside drawers in our suite - no clothing drawers, which was inconvenient for a long stay. Outdoor floors are smooth stone (beautiful but really slippery when misting or raining).

This was a nice property. It could use a bit of updating in the rooms. Lights were very weird - they turned on automatically when you went in the bathroom and randomly turned off on the middle of the shower! Food was good- our favorite was the Peruvian restaurant. Reservation system was very odd and at many times the restaurants seemed empty but they wouldn’t seat you. Theater had fun entertainment nightly. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Grand Sirenis surprised us in the best way. The resort is clean, thoughtfully designed in a modern tropical style that makes you feel even more relaxed. All the staff, from the servers to the concierge is very friendly, kind and genuinely responsible, always greeted us with smile and happy to help. Got a lot of attention from the guest service staff, especially Abraham, that made us feel special on our honeymoon vacation. The food was another pleasant part - fresh, flavorful, and with enough variety to keep every meal interesting. From the authentic Mexican restaurant a la carte - to Asian restaurant with fire show, and Coffee shop with amazing pastries every morning - we enjoyed every bite.

Fantastic is how we would describe the property. The staff at the resort is top notch, with Karen from Expedia and Edgar making our stay worry free and delightful. The both of them greeted us with open arms and answered any of our questions without hesitation. The both of them truly made our stay very memorable.

The property was beautiful. The food was excellent in the alacarte restaurants and buffet. The buffet was much better than other similar resorts I have been to. Also the pools and beach had lots of space around them and we always had a great spot without having to wake at the crack of dawn to get chairs and we were there in March. The staff were very helpful and checked in with us often to make sure everything was good. I would go back!
