Mercure Kochi Tosa Resort & Spa
"Very dated and needs serious lick of paint and modernisation, remote location so unless you have a car looking at paying £40 per head for dinner buffet which was decent enough, breakfast was okay and free lounge with drinks nice touch but gives faulty towers vibes."

"Only spent one night here on the way to the Iya Valley. JR Clement is an excellent hotel located right next to the JR Station. Clients were mostly Japanese businessman which was nice as it seemed we were the only tourist so it was very quiet. Hotel was very clean and seemed very new. On site parking. A Family Mart right across the street. Excellent amenities even by Japanese hotel standards, war plugs, shoe deodorizer, mints bath salts, facial creams and washers along with the usuals found in most Japanese hotels. I highly recommend this place if you're in Kochi."
