"The housekeeping staff was lovely. Location is very quiet and about a 20 minute walk to the Centre. Lakeside location was lovely with 2 nice pools.
The hotel itself is quite secure with locking gates though the screen door from the patio did not seem to lock securely. We weren’t really worried about it but others might be.
Our only quibble would be with our daily visits from cockroaches. Maybe more of an issue for our room as it was right off the garden (lovely outdoor seating area by the way). Staff provided us with big spray which was helpful but still unpleasant for us queasy Canadians who are not used to big bugs. "
