"The locks on the room doors did not work well. The lock on the entrance door to the hotel room floor was broken. Those were safety issues. The staff was amazing and so helpful. The bedding and towels were so comfortable. Hated the smoke smell in the caseno. Would have spent more time there. The Steakhouse was delicious and the bar staff superb. AC was the best. Thanks for a great visit!"
