"I really enjoyed my stay here but unfortunately the food was not always fresh. A lot of the snack foods were from frozen. Filter coffee was only available in the breakfast buffet and then taken away. At the bar the nice coffees were no longer being served due to shortage of capsules. I know they are winding down for the season but a decent coffee was nowhere to be had. Apart from that the rooms were impeccable. The gardens and grounds beautiful and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. "

"We arrived as Hotel.com gold members and this was advertised as a VIP hotel giving upgrade upon arrival, this was not offered and when asked was informed that they do not offer anything only for Accor points! In the end they showed us an upgraded room that was not prepared and was not what we had seen on their website, it looked onto a short wall with a walkway behind."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall service was excellent, but what truly stood out was Meryem. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and always had a smile on her face. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests made a real difference.
