We didn’t stay. Anyone with mobility issues better find another place. My husband almost fell going down to the door and twice when we went back to the car. We never went inside. We had to get a hotel room. My husband had been in the hospital 18 days and had surgery. Even with a walker or a wheelchair the property was inaccessible. We’re on a fixed income. Even after explaining these issues with the host, he refused to refund our money. I realize that is his prerogative. But his lack of compassion when there was nothing in the description advising older people or disabled people tells a lot about his character, in my opinion. Cost prohibited us from enjoying our visit with our daughter.
