Property amenities are good. I know is going through changes and i believe that is good for the future. For the moment, the stuff is very attentive to guesses, food can be improved, location is very secure. Cleanliness of this property is amazing. Overall, i recommend this property.

Overall very good. Challenging to find your room at first :-) You will walk a lot on the property and climb stairs often. Unless you like to wait for the elevators. Food is traditional - no chicken nuggets, no cheese-only pizza, seafood is represented mostly by ceviche, kids may stay hungry for a couple days :-) Beach access is superb. Staff is very friendly.

The pool was sooo hot and felt like swimming in a urine pool. Kids water area was the most refreshing water but it is in full sun most of the day. The food was so good, especially the Italian restaurant. My kids kept finding parts of rusty cans and nails on the beach. A couch was washed up in the rocks just to the side of the beach. My daughter said she saw a microwave where we couldn’t reach the bottom in the swimming area. The shower is so slippery and dangerous. Make sure you ask for extra rubber mats. I loved the smell of the honey soap and shampoo. The other vacationers were sooooooo nice and even with all the free drinks it didn’t feel like a bunch of wasted drunks…but it did seem like they were belly up to the bar just peeing in the pool all day. It’s sooo beautiful and the beds were the most comfortable beds we slept in our whole 3wk Mexico vacation. It was definitely a mixed bag…oh yeah the elevators smelled like a junior high gym or locker room with a strong mold mildew undertone. The pool bar felt understaffed with just two bartenders. I recommend taking insulated cups to get your drinks poured into so they will stay cold and you dont have to overpay in the gift shop. And get reservations for the Italian restaurant every night you can. Even if you have to wait an hour in line to make the reservation, it’s worth it! Take a hand fan to keep cool while you wait. The temp wasn’t below 80 degrees mid-June.

Terrible stay. Horrible food, chicken wings and pork. Really. Really bad. Weird food all around. No service elevator so all the food and janitorial staff sharing one elevator w the guests. Several elevators to get to your room. Inconvenient. Phones don’t work. All inclusive but two types of beer. Indio and Tecate light Red and white wine. No options Really. Please don’t stay here. I paid 3000 dollars for one week. Horrible stay.

We’ve stayed at other Royal resorts in Mexico (Cancun and Cabo) and had great experiences, but this Acapulco location was the weakest by far. It wasn’t terrible, but it’s in serious need of updates and improvements. The staff was fine overall, but the timeshare sales team was very pushy. They bothered us daily, which quickly became frustrating when all we wanted was to relax. The food was average. We often ended up leaving the resort for dinner, which made the all-inclusive package feel like poor value. They do have one restaurant that’s better than the rest, but you need to make a reservation — and the process requires waiting in line, something I’ve never seen at other resorts. The resort is very family-oriented, which means there are lots of kids. That’s fine if that’s what you’re looking for, but families should also know that children are even allowed at the pool bar, which I personally found inappropriate. Other negatives: the elevators are in very bad shape and should be replaced, and the rooms are small compared to what you’d expect from a resort-style property. In short: if you’re traveling with kids and don’t mind some of the inconveniences, this resort may be fine. But if you’re looking for the quality and experience you get at other Royal properties, this one will likely fall short.

Las instalaciones están muy bonitas, aunque al parecer estaban en reparaciones porque solo había un elevador funcionando - y ahí solo te mueves con elevador pero en todos los pisos solo uno en funcionamiento -_- Los horarios de los 3 restaurantes pésimos, en mi estancia solo pude comer en uno por lo mismo de los horarios, en el bufet pero la verdad la comida era de muy poca variedad y no muy rica. El cuarto olía mucho a humedad y el baño no tenía nada de ventilación entonces no ayudaba con los olores. El internet pésimo, cada 5min me desconectaba. Por último, las piscinas un poco sucias y el acceso a la playa se me hizo muy peligroso, estaba resbaloso y poco accesible para personas de la tercera edad

Es mi segunda visita al hotel. La primera nos robaron una cartera y en esta ocasión que quisimos dar una segunda oportunidad, no dejaron pasar a nuestro taxi desde la pluma al fracc, 3 am, lloviendo y siendo 2 mujeres. La causa: “el taxi era amarillo” siendo nosotras turistas NUNCA nos dijeron que X color entraba y cuales no, nunca nos avisó el hotel. Pésima actitud del gerente nocturno y gerente de recepción (Horacio y José Luis) les pedimos que por favor subieran por nosotros porque es una distancia larga para caminar a las 3:00 am y con lluvia fuerte y no hizo nada más que mandar a un vigilante mayor de edad con 2 paraguas. (2 mujeres éramos) y el de vigilancia se iba a empapar. La verdad 0 conforme con la atención y servicio del personal, específicamente de ellos 2. Tengo videos y pruebas de cómo nos trató del del turno nocturno. Definitivamente JAMÁS regreso

Es un gran hotel donde prácticamente no hay forma de gastar más, salvo el Spa. Están renovando elevadores y la alberca tiene mucho cloro, si playa es pequeña pero con muy poco oleaje lo que la hace muy cómoda, y no hay vendedores molestando, además de tener bar a pie de playa (entre otros)
