Iberostar Selection Eolia Djerba
Room was okay, but aircon wasn't working, the bathrooms had a slope problem for draining water (which we've seen in other hotels too), had some swage smellings sometimes, but the staff were very friendly and kind. Food was perfect and in total was a good experience.

Generally helpful staff can help provide assistance to make up for the staff - the bar comes to mind - who stay busy disappearing into back rooms to avoid the guests. But the helpful staff members well make up for their more elevated colleagues.

Food is too expensive and not great. I asked for the room to be alcohol free but the request was not fulfilled. The room was great and comfortable. However the food was not great. The breakfast had stuff from the previous days. This hotel is not worth the price and is definitely not a 5 stars ...
