"The hotel was clean and comfortable, though a bit outdated. One issue we noticed was that the main floor had a strong animal urine smell. Unfortunately, my mom had a negative experience in the laundry room when another guest came in and began yelling at her for no apparent reason. When she reported the incident to staff, the guest immediately changed her demeanor and acted completely differently. Because of situations like this, I would recommend installing cameras in the laundry area for guest safety and accountability. I also wish the pool opened a little earlier. The breakfast area could benefit from more food options and a fan or improved ventilation, as it became quite muggy and hot during breakfast hours. Additionally, the bed liners underneath the beds were falling apart and could use replacement. Overall, despite a few issues, our stay was pleasant, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel."
