This felt like a genuine safety issue rather than just an inconvenience. We would strongly recommend that the hotel consider addressing this—whether by modifying the doorway or clearly warning guests so other guests don’t run in the same problem literally.
With that said…We had a lovely stay at Hotel Eisenhut. The property is absolutely gorgeous—full of charm, character, and that perfect quaint, historic feel that makes Rothenburg so special. Everything felt beautifully maintained and inviting.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was excellent—truly a highlight of our visit. Breakfast was just as wonderful, with a great selection and a cozy atmosphere to start the day.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beauty and hospitality of the hotel. With this improvement, it would be an even more exceptional experience."
