A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Casa Karina Hotel
Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating.
