Booked deluxe cabin , which was confirmed. On arrival was given a different villa in a different location which was unsuitable for us. Asked for a deluxe cabin and was told because I Booked with Expedia and not them, they could not help me. Piss poor service ? Who changed the booking.

The cabin we had was very neat, clean and fresh. It was compact but had everything we needed. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful and we loved how close to Tuncurry Beach the park was.
