"Unable to checked in n normally they will hve a store room for us to put our luggage. As for tis hotel we hve to pay for d locker. No telephone provided in d rm n we r unable to call d staff when our tv not working. We hve to go down to front office n inform d staff. When we asked they say we hve to use our hp to call overseas to d hotel. Terrible service"
