Hotel is large and has good amenities. Very nice pool and services. The play area was brilliant. The family room could be a little bigger, have space to store clothes, and I personally don't like the square pillows they use, otherwise it was lovely and we enjoyed our time there.

Good location for families with young children. Good public transport links, supermarket and Mall in walking distance for good affordable food with variety. Hotel clean, festively-themed (Christmas) - the Santa meet and greet at the hotel when we arrived is remembered very fondly by my children.
