This is a fab hotel. From the room we were allocated on the 6th floor to the service and friendliness of staff The bed was really good and the room had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. We booked an executive room which gave us access to the executive lounge with complimentary tea and coffee during the day and wine and beer in the evening. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on a while and I would def recommend this hotel it was really well located next to an Ikea and a massive shopping centre. Walking into town and sight seeing was really good as well

Changing area too small and cramped for the number of people using the facilities. Disappointed that our request to have our room cleaned every day was ignored 3 days out of five. Was staying in room 617 which was very noisy from early morning with the cleaners allowing the door to their storeroom beside our room bang continuously as they went in and out.

Lækre værelser - pænt og rent (Eneste kunne være lidt hyppigere støvsugning af elevatorerne) Så kunne det være rigtig rart, at have mulighed for at booke eller i det mindste gjort opmærksom på om det er muligt at spise aftensmad på Tivoli brasserie - ligesom man booker morgenmad med opholdet, så man som det første ved ankomst ikke står der uden aftensmad mulighed (udover roomservice og MASH) Derudover kunne bordfodbold og airhockey spillene efterhånden godt trænge til udskiftning. Men alt i alt et rigtig godt ophold og ungerne hyggede sig.

Meget sødt personale. Rummet trængte til lidt grundigere rengøring, men det blev ordnet. Dejligt nemt at bruge pool. Meget børnevenligt hotel.
