"I stayed at Drury Inn and had a mixed experience. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the extras offered were a great touch and definitely appreciated. However, there were several issues that made the stay disappointing. The hot tub and pool were both freezing and essentially unusable. The bed was clearly made up of two twin mattresses pushed together instead of a proper queen, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The room was also very cold when we arrived, and although maintenance did fix it, it wasn’t until the following day. There was also a lot of noise due to construction. During breakfast, the noise was so loud I couldn’t even hear my 5-year-old speak, and it visibly startled another child nearby. We also woke up to construction noise, likely from a room next to or very close to ours. Overall, while the staff and extras were great, the lack of comfort, noise, and maintenance issues made the stay frustrating."

I gave her $60 expecting her to come back with change. No change, she just came backa few minutes later and said "have a nice evening." I thought OK, she got a nice tip but I'm not going to fight about it. But the whole thing was weird. Also a bit strange checking in that they had a hard time finding our Expedia reservation."
