Elevator was broke, hot tub heater broke, vending machine out of order, TV wasn't working in the room. I'd say very terrible ownership to allow this to happen.....

The swimming pools was very ice cold and the hot tub was out of order and the shower in the room did not get hot

The staff was unpleasant, the room was uncomfortable and there was a bad smell throughout the hotel. Housekeeping also failed to clean the room and provide clean towels.

Parking was easy. Location good. Room design and layout good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast available but not free. Pool and exercise rooms were closed for repairs.
