Harrah's Cherokee Valley River – A Caesars Rewards Destination
"I like the ease of check in and the valet service. I like the buffet breakfast and the hours extended to allow for late sleepers. I did not like hair ball and my bathroom that look like the floor had not been swept. I did not like lack of lighting in the area where the coffee was. I didn't get to ..."

"This was the first time staying at this property and overall our experience was excellent. Wish we had more time to stay to experience all it had to offer. Wish they had postcards a traveler could get for the property and/or more information on the history associated with Brasstown."

Historic Tapoco Lodge Resort
"I have been staying here for 5 years in a cabin and have always been pleased with the property. This year was different. The outside of the cabin looked rundown. Chipped paint around the door, and a pane of glass was broken and taped. Not a great impression. The cabin was clean but the toilet lid ..."

Lake Chatuge Lodge
"Dated hotel - nothing fancy. Breakfast: A lot of pre-packaged breakfast items, no fresh breads or bagels, I didn't see yogurt/fresh fruit, a few typical warm food items (eggs/a meat/french toast slices) offered. Good coffee. Room: good air-conditioning, but pillow stuffing all balled up inside every pillow provided, bed bumpy and uncomfortable. Patio door falling apart/curtain draws need fixing. Staff not typically engaging with people at front desk or during breakfast. Check-in: Two staff at check-in, and only one of the staff chatting with two ladies at the counter for a long time as 1, then 3 people start lining up - all waiting patiently to check in - I expected the one staff not engaging in conversation would take the initiative to start helping the next person in line. I do not plan to stay here again."
