We arrived Amman airport close to midnight. Fortunately, Edward, the staff on duty was so accommodating that he waited for us and checked us in in the wee hours of the morning. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

PORTO & ALMIRA BEACH
This is by far the best hotel we've been to plus the price is unbeatable. The price of the food at the hotel's restaurant overlooking the Dead Sea is so reasonable. The floating experience at the Dead Sea is unforgettable. YOU WILL NOT REGRET CHECKING IN IN THIS HOTEL.

Had prepaid reservation, hotel full when we arrived. Expedia states that refund is not possible. From reading feedback this is a repeat occurrence with this hotel. Avoid.
