"The elevator didn’t work. The water was shut off for two hours. Laguna beach has terrible sewer smells in the early evening. You can’t sit outside on your balcony or even go for a walk. It sinks very strongly. Won’t ever stay in Laguna beach again."

"The only gripe or complaint I had is that the TVs were fairly old and basic. Of course usually you don't spend a ton of time in the hotel watching tv, but at night, early morning, or if you just plain have some down time, it's nice to have capable electronics. The tvs are not smart tvs and perhaps on purpose. But since they dont have wifi or Bluetooth youre unable to cast to them from your devices. Eventually I had to buy a USB-C power pass throguh hub and an hdmi cable so I could play movies or tv from my devices to the tv. Things may be preferred this way to save bandwidth for the internet or for security, but it cost me nearly $60 extra. Otherwise the hotel was fantastic and I would suggest it as well as stay there again in the future."
