Red Roof Inn Murray
The room was clean, but the property itself was run-down and there need to be more lights outside in the parking lot. It is inexpensive and close to Murray State University, which is where I was going.

Lake Barkley State Resort
Lake Barkley is a treasure. Visited often when I was a child, and again as a MSU student. I’m thrilled to hear of the lodge updates that are pending. It’s rustic and reliable and just what we needed to get away for a few days.

Lovely Gilbertsville Cabin w/ Patio, 4 Mi to Water
Loved the cabin and the property, the koi pond was definitely a group favorite. Everything was absolutely beautiful and the owners were very quick to respond! I will say this is probably not a place for large groups the kitchen was very small, gorgeous, but only built for a few people.
