The room and staff were great. The location was great for taking the train etc. but was very noisy. As it was next to the station there were people yelling and shouting at the middle of the night. The hotel should think about having a dedicated parking somewhere close by

Clean room, comfortable beds, staff were always friendly and helpful. Only down side is that the housekeeping never gave us enough shower gel even though we were staying 5 nights.

Conveniently located in the city center. Perfect for walking to any location. Close to Brussel-Centraal train station for day trips to Brugges, Antwerp, and Ghent. We will be back! Such a great hotel
