Ellicottville Townhome Near Holiday Valley Resort!
Couch was dirty and uncomfortable. It was very hot as the air conditioner was downstairs. Mattress had multiple yellow stains and one large black stain. Ended up leaving a night early.

There was 4-5 inches of snow on walk entering building, when asked if they were aware of snow build up at entry staff shrugged and apologized. Room was clean, no coffee pot or cups in room.
