"The hotel hallways and stairwells reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. We were with m another family that experienced the same in their area of the hotel. The chair in our room was completely broken, shower and bathroom son would not drain. The other family with us reported mold in their refrigerator and dirty blankets. When we asked the staff if we could possibly move to another room - we were told they were fully booked except for smoking rooms. We also needed a couple of towels (family of 4 with only 2 towels in the rooms). When we asked the staff for two more towels they only had 1 towel and a bath mat. they didn’t have any more towels. We weren’t expecting a five star experience - but have stayed in plenty of hotels at the same rate with no issues at all. We even tried to call hotels within the area to see if we could switch hotels completely, and unfortunately nothing was available.i wouldn’t recommend this hotel."
