I never do reviews but this is worth it. I am not a picky traveler at all but for $220 I expect WAY better. The room had disgusting carpet, fruit fly's, visible dead bugs and a disgusting shower and bathroom. The breakfast was a joke with store bought packaged muffins, bananas and plain bagels. I was visiting for Parents weekend for Salisbury University. Guessing the jacked the rates up. I have stayed in budget hotels for $75 that were nicer. Make this place your last resort.

My coworker and I was on a business trip. The receptionist was not friendly when we first arrived. I asked for a receipt and she told me with an attitude that I would not receive a receipt because I chose to book through a third party. That was fine with me. I said okay. We were not argumentive at all but she just had an attitude. The rooms did not have any blankets. We approached the receptionist, we asked if we could have blankets for the room. She came back with one blanket. When we requested another blanket, she had an attitude and said we only requested one. She did come back and provide a blanket that had a hole in it and the blanket did not look clean. I did not feel safe at all at the hotel/motel. There was a lot of noise, banging. We could not tell where the noise was coming from. I had to keep going to the door and could not see anything. O hardly got any sleep that night and felt that I had to put a chair up against the door. The carpets were stained. I thought that this would be a good stay because it a part of the Wyndham. However, I will never revisit Microtel. I guess you get what you pay for

I called and cancelled our reservation with the front desk 1 week before our stay. I was told everything was taken care of. The day after the scheduled stay date I looked at my credit card statement and relaized I was charged for the whole stay. I called hotel and coorporate and was told I never cancelled and someone from the hotel would contact me. Well 2 months later still no call and no refund. They pretty much just stole my money... Will never stay again...
