The Villas at Carter Plantation
This room had mold and a cockroach. Had not been cleaned there was mold around the front entrance. I have 4 pictures showing the issue. We want a refund.

The place is nice. However, it’s dusty. There is trash in areas. When I got back at 8 pm, other people were trying to check in and couldn’t reach the owner. The door was locked and he didn’t answer his phone. I would not recommend this place.
