The room was super clean but there was only one towel and we were 3 in the room, didn't bother to ask for more because the room was clean and the beds are compforable. Over all it wasn't too bad, walked around and felt safe in the middle of the night.

"Although location, lobby and stuff was good the newly updated rooms at the West tower were dirty and poorly taken care of. I found condiment packages behind the sink, mold in the sink, crumbs, and chocolate on the carpet floor and the blood on the bathroom wall, not to mention a very foul odor in the room. The Hyatt Regency has a vote, respected name across the country, but I was disappointed."

"The pool was small and I felt like it was not clean. Kids couldn’t even see under water with their goggles. There were a lot of kids running around without parents and we had several knocks on our door from kids messing around. We did call down to the front desk and they sent security up immediately. So that was a plus! Employees were very attentive. "
