This is my favorite motel in gatlinburg. Its not expensive, the location is perfect. Cleanliness is not an A+, but its not gross. For the money, the location and the atmosphere its definitely worth it.

Room was not touched while we were there. Had to put trash in other bags. Our floor was not clean. The door to the balcony had gaps around it which is a fire hazard. There is not a closet in the room, just hooks on a wall. Never saw staff cleaning anything.

Our room was clean. It seemed to be somewhat newly updated but the bathroom fixtures were thrown together and badly needed work. The beds kind of sucked. We watched all the outdoor light fixtures constantly flicker. The location and price was great! Easy parking and walk to main attractions.
