The lobby needs to be fixed asap because there was mold all over the ceiling. Staff was brusque but efficient and knowledgeable. The room was barely cleaned so we ended up flagging another cleaner to clean it the next day. There was soap and hairs in the shower and on the mirror. There was mold on the ironing board, the bathroom door handle was not attached and my partner locked himself in the bathroom when it fell off. The door to the fridge cabinet was falling off and none of the drawers ever looked to be wiped down as there was a lot of dust there. The beds were metal and every time we climbed in, it sounded like thunder. You can hear the same sound as your neighbors climb into their beds too. We booked it because it was cheap and walkable to pretty much everywhere but we will most likely not stay there again. Room number 201.

The property was in a very good location, within walking distance of MANY attractions. This hotel seems to be an older property. Some updates may help. Also, having the ability to have coffee and tea 24/7, would be great.

It’s a gamble on what room you get. We stayed two separate times. First time the room had a mildew smell and the AC really needed a tune up because it was SO loud and squeaky. Second time was much better. Room seemed fresh, AC sounded much better. If you get a bad room, I’d recommend checking with the friendly front desk to see if you can switch. (We got in after midnight and were too tired to make a change so we didn’t ask). The rooms are spacious, generously fitting our family of 6 with a pull out couch in the separate sitting area. I would stay here again if we find ourselves in Nashville!
