Room and facility dated. Small bathroom that could use some work. Thin walls. Conversations in the hall easily heard. Traffic noise and heater were loud. Continental breakfast was the same every morning and not great. Luggage carts were hard to find. Staff was nice and friendly. Location was great.

Parking was a SEPARATE CHARGE which was not published on Expedia. To make it worse, the spaces were EXTREMELY narrow so that you could barely exit your vehicle and all but assured getting dings in your doors from others. Hotel does not enforce the many people that take up 2 spaces because of the small space size so constantly circling trying to find a space. Several of the spaces had signs saying that Hotel not responsible for damage from liquids getting on your vehicle if you parked there (whatever that liquid is?). VERY disappointed in the parking!!!

We’ve stayed here several times but I’ve the last year it’s gone downhill. The hotel is dated, elevators are slow, the bed was comfortable but squeaked very loudly when turning over in bed, but the biggest let down was the parking. Parking is EXTREMELY tight which we expected but we didn’t expect the $16.95 per day charge for a said parking that was just implemented. We booked this hotel for the convenience of being able to walk around town but we could have stayed at a nicer place for less money and paid to park in an easier in and out place.

Everyone was nice, it was clean, and the location is convenient. The only complaints we had were the hot water and the pillows kinda sucked. The water at times took about 10 minutes to get hot.

Loved everything about this stay. Totally recommend. Needs more elevators though, sometimes have to wait 20+ minutes for the elevators they’re so busy. 5 stars! Enjoyed this hotel.
