"Very good location, just a few minutes walk from the train and the staff were incredibly friendly. Only complaint was that the hotel was fairly loud inside. We were located close to the lobby and people increasingly talked in the hallway and it was like they were in the room with us. The pipes were also fairly loud at night, otherwise a good stay."

"Great location. Subway ( Orange line) close by about 700m walk. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I arrived earlier than the check in time, and they offered me free refreshments and drinks at the breakfast area and helped me to store my luggages. I was given a corner unit on mid floor and room was way bigger than my expectation. A king size bed with clean beddings. Super spacious bath room with a tub and shower. Impressed by their big smart TV even though I had no time to watch any movies or shows. Breakfast was delicious with Western and Taiwanese style. On my departure, front desk staff helped me to call a taxi to TSA Airport and stood beside the taxi door and said Good bye to me. Will definitely come back again !!"
