Roadstar is a well-located and nicely appointed property, perfect for relaxing after attending to any business you have in the Zephyrhills or Wesley Chapel areas. The pool is pristine and definitely a highlight of the hotel.

The outside is kept up very nice, clean lobby and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathrooms need work and deep clean. At least caulk or spray bleach around. Floor behind toilet was either old or gross-looked like dry vomit or maybe rust? Carpets needed cleaning.

The place was well-maintained and offered a decent continental breakfast. The staff was helpful and friendly. The courtyard/pool area was well maintained but bordered a main road, hence exposed and noisy. Overall the hotel was clean, beds made, fresh towels and tidy. Enjoyed our stay although a little pricy.

Very clean and comfortable. Location is convenient. Good value. A few little things . Bathroom door damaged at bottom. Caulk in tub discolored. It’s not a 9.0 as in some reviews but a good 8 IMO.

Pleasant Surprise

We were pleasantly surprised by how neat and clean and modern our room was. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast good. The only issue we had was being able to hear our neighbors on either side and in the room over ours. There was a lot of road noise too. Despite the noise we would happily stay again.

Well done refurbished motel

This was a decent hotel. I didn’t expect a lot, as it’s obviously a refurbished “motor court” type motel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The check in process was easy and friendly. The room itself was spacious for one person l(I think I had what would be an upgraded room with one queen bed). It had a fridge, microwave, flat screen tv, a sofa and coffee table. Also a place to open my suitcase. The bathroom was a split room with the sink sharing the bedroom area and the toilet & tub with shower in a separate room. Everything was pristine clean. I would have liked to have more than 2 towels, but that’s a quibble. The only issue I had was with the bed. It was not comfortable for me. It was hard and lumpy. A memory foam or pillow top placed on it would probably solve that problem and take this review up to full marks. I was greeted by a very nice staff person on exiting who helped me check out without having to go to the office. I saw a very clean and well equipped play area for kids in the center when I left. I’m sure people with kiddos really appreciate that!
