From the beginning, the staff seemed confused and rude. I had originally reserved 2 nights from Hotels.com and the dates were incorrect. Because of this I was charged an additional $50 for my first nights stay with a new rate than what I was being charged for the reservation. I was told they would remedy the situation and I wouldn't need to worry when I checked out. So I checked out and then was told I would be charged for the additional night, even though I wasn't staying an extra night. The staff told me I needed to contact hotels.com, which I did and then was referred from them to contact the Embassy staff. The staff member was very abrasive in her tone and raised her voice with me (in front of my kid). Between the unknown additional parking fees, air conditioning that was incredibly loud, room service that didn't leave us any towels and the poor service at dinner, needless to say we'll never refer anyone to stay here or come back.

Service was excellent. Front desk staff was very attentive to any requests. Bed was comfortable. And breakfast was good. On the downside booked a two double and was put in a king room which was smaller. Cover to refrigerator freezer was broke and fell out every time you opened it. And the bedroom carpet smelled like chemicals used to cover up pet odor/stains. No toiletries in bathroom. Towels were subpar. This hotel is in serious need of a complete remodel.

Checking in was less than optimal. Our room wasn’t ready at 4pm. We were told we were going to be texted when the room was ready and that didn’t happen. At 5 pm we went back and the room has been ready. 😞 Breakfast and happy our was great and we enjoyed it.

Large, clean room. Hotel was quiet and staff was welcoming. Breakfast had a buffet option but also fresh omelettes. There was also a bar and restaurant in the hotel.

Horrible parking policy.

I was extremely displeased with the parking policy. After checking in, going to our room, I was informed that I needed to scan a code into my phone so my car wouldn’t be towed away. To fill out the form, I had to return to the parking lot to retrieve my tag number, fill out more information only to find that there is a $25 parking fee. My advice… raise the price of the room and have ‘free’ parking. What a pain in the butt…
