Just ok

It was an ok stay. The bathroom shower drain had an issue with draining properly. I asked them to address it and they never did. The bedroom is dark, there were only 3 small lamps and the hallway light that didn't give off much light. There was an odor throughout the hotel, not sure if it was humidity but it wasn't pleasant. We wouldn't stay here again, but it served it's purpose.

We waited 40 minutes at the airport for the courtesy shuttle after being told it would take 5 to 10 minutes. Hotel is only a mile away so not sure what took so long. Tried calling hotel several times and got no answer. Eventually gave up and ordered an Uber. Arrived to find the room dirty with several stained areas. We tried to leave immediately but no vacancy in the area due to LSU graduation. Final straw was when I had to ask several times for additional towels and had to go an entire day in the hot humid bayou without showering. The staff simply don’t care about guests and we will never stay here again.
