I have been staying at this hotel every time I come to Baton Rouge ever since my mom was hospitalized and relocated into assisted living. Normally Iove it. This last time my TV went out. They said it was an issue they’d been having with their cable. It remained out for the duration of my stay. Talk about boredom staying in a room with no TV. Upon checkout I asked for a room credit of some sort due to this inconvenience and was told the manager would contact me. They never did.

The hotel was okay. The room was nice except the mattress was hard and the sofa bed mattress was terrible because you could fell the mattress springs. The bathroom was very tiny with a King bed and sofa bed. The breakfast was pretty good.
