My room was small and basic, no windows but most importantly: Dark Quiet Clean Comfortable It's very much for sleep though there is a TV I didn't use. It's exactly what I needed for that length of a layover and surprisingly quiet. Air con worked properly and the shower was decent too. I'd recommend this to anyone needing a few hours of sleep. NB if you are coming from another flight you need to go through security before reaching the transit area but are airside for when you leave. "
