WANDA REALM Yan'an
"Definitely the best hotel in the entire city but far from all amenities or attractions. No convenience store or decent restaurant around and the Red Street near by was an absolute dead town. The good thing is the hotel’s only restaurant serves very good food though pricey. Our room was huge and fabulous and we enjoyed it very much except for the bed mattress which was too hard for my liking. If I had one thing to complain about was that the main f&b manager was quite a disturbing presence during our first two days there. The staff were more concerned serving him and other senior staff taking their meals or orders. The needs of payer customers were clearly ranked secondary. Also a great pity the spa and hairdresser looked like they had closed down due to the low occupancy. Nonetheless I would still choose this hotel if I visited again."
