"We stayed 2 nights, arriving late on the first. Unfortunatey the hotel does not provide room service or any meals/snacks after 8.30. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and very clean, with lots of hot water. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, and has an attractive restuarant when it is open."

"The spa changing rooms could do with a revamp - they are small, .cold and they don't smell great. More loungers around the pool area would add to the experience too. The corridor leading to the toilets off reception smells terribly and it was the same last time we stayed too, Other than that, the hotel is lovely, the food in the Palm Court is great and the breakfast great too. The treatments in the spa were also amazing. Bathrooms great in the rooms too."

"Overall the hotel is great but going back and forth to Wrexham station and Wrexham fc we ran up a £50 in taxi costs over 24hours . Excellent taxi company at general station. General areas of hotel superb having recently been renovated . Rooms adequate but not very good bathroom where was tight for room but also no cold water through the taps (?) . Maybe it was just our room ? "
