Not enough staff working for a busy new years eve night. The restaurant couldn't keep up with orders bc there were only 2 working. The front desk staff seemed very annoyed bc it was a full house. The pool was dirty and the carpets were soiled, wet, & smelled like mold. They had to put large fans out in all the hallways bc of the humidity and the walls sweating so bad around the pool. The rooms keys wouldnt work poolside so you had to go around and use the second door on the backside of the rooms(on 1st floor). Bathrooms in the pool area were flooding and very dirty. Overall they need more staff or close the doors.

Brenda Retterath was very friendly and answered any questions we had. I wanted her to get special recognition for the great job she did. The room was clean, and we did not have family with us, but it looked like a fun place to bring the family for special events. I liked the fact that you had a shuttle to the airport and that you had a restaurant in the building.

The hotel shows its age a bit, but it was a nice get away for a couple of days for the kids with the indoor water park. The indoor water park could use some more seating as all of the tables and chairs were mostly taken.

room was dirty and uncared for. I called the hotel to request a ground floor room due to disability. was informed by the desk staff that was handled by expedia, they could do nothing , besides they were now full and could not change anything. very unhelpful and even smart ass remarkswere made by them. property had trash lying around outside and broken glass on the sidewalk near one of the enterances. plus the elevator broke down on day 2 of my 4 day stay.. even tho I paid for a 4 night stay, the pass key had to be reset every other day or I could not get into the hotel or my room. I paid premium prices for 2 star hotel. never again will I stay there

Rooms smell the key cards don't work half the time the shower was warm for only 2 mins then it was cold, half the hot tub wasn't working and the water slide was closed half the time and the beds are like sleeping on the floor bc they are rough. I wish I read the reviews before I booked I'm not going to another Ramada hotel again

Pool was packed so didnt even go. Pool area and hallways smelled of pot. Supper was too expensive and waitress kept forgetting things. Hallways were loud from people shouting in their rooms. Pretty sure we will stay somewhere else next time its a couples stay.
