The facilities in the room were very basic, but everything we needed, although the fridge with small freezer compartment froze everything even in the fridge part. Loved the balcony to sit and take morning coffee, and the hotel was close enough to walk to the main street for food and supplies.

A convenient place to stay in York within easy walking distance to the main part of town including dinner options. Microwave, crockery and cutlery was a bonus but missing a tea towel and to dry dishes after washing up. Check in was efficient over the phone.
