When we checked into the room we noticed one of the pillows had a stain so we called to request a room service and the representative that answered said room service was not available and that she was very busy so we should come down stairs. “Sorry”. They would not be available until tomorrow so we should call back. We checked out 9:30am. Not a very welcoming experience

I was disappointed in the breakfast. The oat milk for my coffee separated. The oatmeal was watery and not fully cooked. The condiment for the oatmeal we dried out. Couldn't breakup the brown sugar or raisins. Be aware there is a $10 parking charge for outdoor parking.
