First, let me say that the beds were comfortable. Other than that, everything else was quite disappointing. The Gym, which consisted of a treadmill, eliptical and bicycle, was 'Out of order' because the lights were not working in that part of the building. The hallway carpets appeared not to have been vacuumed in quite some time. The lobby floor had spills in several places. The complimentary hot coffee was tepid at best. The hot water for making tea was lukewarm. The complimentary breakfast looked good, but like with the coffee and tea dispensers, it was far from being hot. The eggs were cold and rubbery; there was only lukewarm water to try to make oatmeal and grits with. It was very disappointing. The room: As we entered, we noticed a rather stale, musty smell to the room. Since we arrived rather late, and this stay was because a family member had been rushed to the Inova Fairfax Hospital, we didn't have time to search for a different place to sleep. With that being said. my husband got the febreeze for his car and sprayed down the room, making it tolerable. There was mildew on the sheers. The bathroom had hair in the sink, on the floor, in the tub and hair was even folded into the towels The faucet was dirty, the mirror looked like it had not seen windex in a while. Generally, a Quality Inn is better maintained than this facility. Unless cleanliness is not important to you, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros: breakfast
Cons: smell, cleanliness
Location: there's nothing to do nearby (that I know of)
Room stunk like mold the entire stay. Walls were crummy with peeling paint and boogers. Wi-fi? Says it has free wi-fi, even comes with a code to log in but never worked. Breakfast was ok. Paying anything over $80 a night at this hotel is too much.

Best house keeping ever!

Pros: The people that work there!
Cons: nothing
Location: Less than 2 miles from everything, including DC public transportation. Perfect place to stay outside of the very high priced city hotels.
While desk staff was kind, and funny. (I love people who can easily laugh) The house keeping staff was kind more than willing to help me with my needs. I spent several minutes a day just chatting. It is so easy to take people for granted, but everyone truly went above and beyond their job requirements. Always had a smile and doing a great job! Thank you! Made a difference in my trip to take care of not so happy family matters!
