The open-concept, bi-level living area is perfect for families. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, bar seating, heated hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. Gather around the large dining table that seats 10, or relax in the additional sitting area with a television.

Outdoor Paradise
Step out onto the back patio to access trails, a private hot tub, and a BBQ. The step-down living room boasts a 60-inch LED TV, a comfy leather couch, and love seats. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the private front balcony with gorgeous scenery. A high-top chess/checkers table by the cozy fireplace adds to the charm.

Endless Entertainment
When not skiing, sledding, mountain biking, or hiking, enjoy speedy Wi-Fi, an X-box gaming console, and plenty of board games and puzzles for special family moments.

Upstairs features 3 en-suite bedrooms:
- En-suite #1: This suite features a king bed with a fireplace, a 50-inch LED TV, a balcony, and a private bath with a large shower and walk-in closet.

Excellent location for access to Winter Park town and resort. Clean and well maintained. Hot tub was well appreciated after a day hiking on the mountain. Plenty of parking (two car garage). Our family enjoyed our stay, and we would certainly stay there again.

Comfortable stay with beautiful views!

This house was the perfect place for my family of five and in-laws to stay during our visit to Winter Park. We loved the amount of space in the house, the hot tub, and the huge variety of cooking items. We enjoyed our evenings hiking right behind the condo and looking at the mountains from the deck. Communication with the host was easy with quick responses. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect birthday ski trip with friends

I stayed at this wonderful property with a group of friends to celebrate my 32nd birthday. Everything from the location/proximity to Winter Park Resort, cleanliness of the property and communication with the host was absolutely perfect. The accuracy of the listing was 10/10 including a few pleasant surprises (welcome goody bag from the host, games, etc.)I highly recommend staying at this property, especially if you have a larger group/family and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and great location!

The house was so clean, warm and had everything we needed. Kitchen had plenty of appliances and cookware. It was so quiet and peaceful. And an extremely short drive to the resort and fraiser. We had an amazing time and zero issues. We would stay here every time!

Winter Park holiday stay.

The townhome was great for our family and we love the location. The master bedroom needed some extra towels and a towel bath mat. Other than that the kitchen was very well equipped and the hot tub was great.

High Quality Condo Adjacent to Good Hiking

We really enjoyed this condo. The condo is located high up on a road with natural lands behind it with lots of wildlife and great hiking/biking trails behind it. The condo is well stocked inside and out including snow sleds, cooler, snow shoes, hiking poles, games, portacrib, extra towels for the hot tub, on and on. Kitchen is very well stocked with about anything you would ever need. Traditional coffee maker for bringing your own grounds. High quality furnishings throughout. One consideration - 36 steps from ground level to bedrooms on 2nd floor. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for a family vacation!

This was our third year staying in this comfortable townhome. Our children are adults! Daughter & husband and our son. So three bedrooms and three bathrooms are a must for us! Everyone had their privacy, a comfy bed and ready access to a bathroom. As the mom and primary cook I LOVE this kitchen. We ate all of our breakfasts and dinners at “home”. The new double wide refrigerator meant one mega trip to Safeway and we were set for our 8 day stay. I always prefer a gas stove and every type of pan I needed was in one cabinet or another.. after skiing each day we all gathered in the hot tub. Plenty of room for the five of us to enjoy a little apre ski together. ( love having a hot tub we don’t have to share w strangers) After dinner we gathered around the large dinning table for dominos or cards and then, Netflix, provided on the living room TV. All in all, this townhouse is perfect for our annual family ski trip to Winter Park. Many thanks to our host, Kristi, she is FABULOUS, See you next year!

Great Condo for Spring Break Skiing!

Modern, well equipped and maintained condominium. Great location from slopes at first exit into downtown Winter Park. Short drive up the mountain. Owners very helpful with pre-planning.

Love this townhouse

This was our second season staying in this well furnished townhouse and we will be staying here again next year. (2023) The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, love having a gas stove, 2 smart TV's and a fabulous hot tub! Short ride to the mountain in your car or on the free shuttle bus.

Great cabin for a marvelous ski vacation

We had a fabulous week with the whole family skiing Winter Park Resort. The house was spacious, luxurious and had all amenities for a great time. We enjoyed the heated floors in the bathrooms and the fireplace & hot tub. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent property with everything you need!

The townhouse was lovely, clean and spacious. We had 5 adults on our stay and everyone greatly enjoyed this property! The host was accommodating and answered messages promptly often within an hour. The bedrooms are on the third floor, but for my family this wasn’t an issue. The hot tub was wonderful and a great place to unwind at the end of the day! I would rent this property again with no hesitation!
