our deadbolt would't lock and then the next day the door locked and would't open. the sheets had mildew on them and the pillows were the size of couch cushions. they advertised they were pet friendly had a pool and continental breakfast on their website and when we got there they had none of those. the tubs had

No pool

Upon arrival found out the pool is empty and overgrown, not in use for some time, but it's still in the ad. No coffee, no hair dryer, not enough shampoo to wash my hair once, two towels and two washcloths. Have to pay a deposit to get a remote for the TV and have to return the remote AND plastic card keys or you're charged $25. This place is seriously budget. Will not stay here again.

Given room in property with three sections farthest away from lobby, behind building facing wooded area. The room was clean, we checked in late, we were here for a funeral and went straight to bed. In the morning, we saw there were no amenities in the room except soap and TV. No towels, no glasses to take pills, husband took shower without realizing, so he dried himself with the sheet. No way to call housekeeping.. I hated this experience- no stars!
