The toilet you might as well been sitting on the floor. And what hotel for $400 a night does not have a mini fridge I can stay at a red roof inn for $50 a night and have a mini fridge. And don't even get started on the microwave. Oh, I was also there for 3 days and never seen housekeeping had to ask for Toler, tissue then we've seen them an hour before it's time for us to check out. And was trying to clean the room. "

"When we arrived, the front desk informed us that because our booking was made through Expedia, they had not yet received payment and could not check us in. We were asked to wait, and after about 20 minutes, the same staff member contacted a manager. The manager then advised them to proceed with check-in and handle the Expedia payment on the back end. By the time we were finally checked in, we had already been waiting over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we were in town for a wedding and ended up being late because of this delay. This was especially frustrating given that the reservation was prepaid. I do appreciate the manager stepping in to resolve the issue, but the initial experience at check-in was disappointing. Because of this, I would not choose to book here again and would not recommend it."
