The areas inside the hotel were not picked up. Lots of trash, empty bottles and cups in the hallway on the floors and seating areas around the lobby. Dinner was not good and the kitchen was out of a lot of the options. The staff were super nice and helpful and the courtyard outside was super nice.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the made to order omelette was delicious! However, the TV volume was preset to a low volume and was not adjustable. The bed was ultra firm and a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise a nice weekend stay.

We did enjoy our room which was a nice size, cozy, and very comfortable bed. However, our first impression was at check-in where we arrived after check in time, but we were informed we couldn’t be checked in due to system issues that had been going on for a day according to the hotel staff. The lady we spoke with was very friendly and was multitasking and doing her best to accommodate. We were told it would be about 45 minutes so we left to go eat. Which was frustrating because I wanted to get ready and change for dinner. Instead we ate dinner in our travel clothes. We were credited $20 which is nice, but we were very inconvenienced and our date weekend started off that way. We made the best of it tho. The next morning we chose to eat breakfast at the hotel which was a negative experience overall. The tabletops were not being kept up with cleaning for new patrons. We had to clean our own but there was syrup all over so we had to make do with a table that had fingerprints all over it. The trash was overflowing and the restaurant staff did not seem to be attentive to hotel guests.

Bad experience

Checked in and got wrong room. Went back to the counter and front desk person was gone. 15 minutes later they appeared. Room smelled, pull out bed was not sleep able - very uncomfortable. So 3 people in a king bed. A light kept flashing and a noise beeped occasionally. Breakfast was less than desirable. Week hotel wouldn’t recommend at all.
