Friendly staff, front desk staff moved us from a room with a tub to a walk-in shower due to hubby’s disability, all without having to ask for it.

I had two rooms 406 and 407. Room 406 was very clean, bed super comfortable but pillows were too soft. The pull out sofa appeared thin but for a 40 to 50 lb 7 year old it was fine and she enjoyed it. Room 407 was clean as well but once the air conditioner was turned higher because the room was too cold, the problems began. The room had a musty, dank smell and that’s when my daughter found mold in the corner of the bedroom ceiling. We informed the front desk and they apologized but there was no other room available as the hotel was booked solid. I let the front desk know on Tuesday, 8/2 that we were going to be gone overnight and would return on Wednesday evening so they would have ample time to clean both rooms and address the mold problem as they stated. Well upon our return around 4pm Wednesday afternoon, the rooms still was not clean, and the mold was still there and the problem was never taken care of. I would love to give this place a 10 for comfort, convenience, and cleanliness but the problem I had with the mold and them not taking care of the matter prevents me from doing so. Will I stay again, probably but I would be a little hesitant and book elsewhere first.

Very clean and friendly hotel. The only reason I didn’t say excellent is because my daughter got stuck on the elevator. The staff worked very fast to get her out.

Property was alright...people smoking at the front door where people are going in and out of. The tables in the breakfast area was never cleaned after being used.
