-Please do not ride dirt bikes over 100cc on the property. Track is for kids use only. You are welcome to explore trails around nearby HOV trails.
Dog Owners: Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Dogs also need to be picked up after, inside and outside.
Please follow our dog rules to avoid an extra $100 fee. Please crate as needed while you are away. Owners are responsible for any pet damage.

Had my daughters and their families with me. The kids loved running around outside. They also liked having their own room. Bedrooms were comfy. The grill and fire pit were definitely a plus. Sirena was very helpful and accommodating

We loved the property. The kids loved riding their dirt bike on the little trail in the backyard. The house itself was very roomy and clean. We just had some issues with the cleanliness of the kids bunk beds.

Perfect Location

We needed a property for our family of 6 adults and four children under 7 close to Williams and the Grand Canyon. We rode the Polar Express, visited Bearazona, and took a day trip to the canyon. This property was absolutely perfect and met all our needs.

Railroad train adventure

This was a last minute trip to the train and thought would be better to stay! We definitely made a good choice to stay here! Home was perfect! Quiet! It had everything! Lots of space for my family! Very close to downtown! All this made our trip fun and wanting to come back!
