The hotel had many good amenities, kids loved the pool and the front desk staff were very nice. Also one bellhop was so so kind and I wish I had gotten his name.

Hotel.com charged me for the room and when we checked out at the Embassy, the hotel also charged me for the room. There was a half of a roll of tissue in our room. We requested tissue and it took over 1hr to get it.
